“Courteous, professional, and on top of that, sincere! Thanks for providing me with excellent equipment so well targeted to my needs. I can now hear dinner partners in noisy restaurants, and even music via bluetooth sounds good!”

– Michael C.

“The staff is attentive and responsive and my audiologist Max has been great. They introduced me to hearing aids and got me comfortable wearing them daily, cleaning and adjusting them. As a 58-year-old union organizer who talks to strangers for my job and just helped lead a strike, being able to hear everyone clearly and once again fully participate in meetings and events without losing bits and pieces of conversation has made such an improvement to my daily life!”

– Sherry W.

“I’m very happy with my experience at Brooklyn Audiology, their staff and the service. It merits my two hour drive from Pennsylvania to Brooklyn also the online support is very effective. Angela helps by taking the time both in person and on the phone to accommodate my needs. Thank you guys, remember how reluctant I was to have a device but now I’m happy I did. Thank you.”

– Yvette M.

“My hearing has improved 100% since having the hearing aids. I can actually hear the TV and I can hear my grandchildren talk to me. I was pleasantly surprised that this happened as soon as I put the hearing aids in. I would highly recommend this for anyone that’s having difficulty hearing.”

– Ann C.

“Five (5) star service, the staff and doctors at Brooklyn Audiology Associates were truly great. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted and listened to. I went to Brooklyn Audiology Associates to check my hearing and tinnitus issues and glad I did. They took the time to listen to my issues, test my hearing and recommend a solution and treatment plan. So far I am on week two and see a difference. I look forward to the weeks ahead.”

– Victor D.

“I haven’t even stepped foot in the office yet but based off the staff who helped me over the phone I can only imagine how amazing these doctors are. Thomas answered all my questions and concerns, stayed on the phone with me for over a half hour and definitely eased my panic. Although I am not too happy about the tinnitus I have been currently experiencing I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon this place.”

– Kaitlyn B.

“It’s been a wonderful experience going to Brooklyn Audiology to get relief from tinnitus and hearing loss. Dr. Max Rubin is warm, kind and knowledgeable. He set me at ease, especially through the first phase of adjustment to wearing hearing aids. I appreciate that he gets back to me promptly when I have post-appointment questions.

I put off seeking help with hearing loss for a very long time and approached my first appointment with trepidation. However, the staff and Dr. Rubin welcomed me and treated me like family. Now, after less than a month, it’s become second nature to use my hearing aids and enjoy the enhanced sound and clarity. It’s especially good that I can adjust the sound quality on my iPhone.

Getting relief from hearing loss has improved my quality of life in a fairly short time. I feel more peaceful when I don’t have to strain to hear friends, family and phone conversations. Because of this, I highly recommend Dr. Rubin and his staff at Brooklyn Audiology.”

– Fran Y.
